Does Pune City need the Metro?

Does Pune City need the Metro?

Reality Views by sm –
Monday, June 07, 2010

No , Currently Pune city does not need metro.

Following are the Reasons I do not support Metro for Pune.

Pune Municipal Corporation has always wasted the money of Tax payers.

First just tell me the name of Project which Pune Municipal Corporation has successfully completed on time.

BRT - Millions of money wasted, No use.
A small kid can also tell you on small road where 2 vehicles can not go safely how the BRT will become successful. BRT needs one road separate permanently reserved for BRT Bus.
Anyways the people who wanted to earn money they earned money.

Pune city is growing and expanding rapidly.
Pune needs good quality transport.
But Pune does not need Metro.

Just compare the Best from Mumbai and PMT bus service from Pune.

Population of Mumbai = Number of Buses Run by Best.

Population of Pune = Number of Buses Run by PMT

In past I read that for 25 Lakh people Best got the 1800 good quality Buses on the roads of Mumbai.
And Pune PMT for 25 Lakh People there are only 250 or 180 Buses PMT got.

I am not sure today how many buses PMT got for Pune city But i am sure they are very less in number and many buses need to be repaired daily or they just run once or twice on roads each week.

Just run the 1800 PMT buses in the Pune city and then if that fails we can think and decide about the Metro for Pune.

Metro is very costly project.
For a one road to make, complete PMC needs 3 to 5 years
How many years they will need to complete the Metro Project?

They say Pune citizens got the opportunity to express their feelings, sorry but go to the Pune city population and they will tell you
We are not aware about the Metro,
Even you will find many guys who do not know what Metro is.

You have done nothing to educate the Population of Pune city.

Give me the link, internet site where I can read all about the Metro Pune Project.

Nothing is available.

Pune Metro is nothing but a one more desire of Rich Pune citizens.
As they go to Paris and London and dream that in our city also we need metro.

First give the Pune Citizens Good Roads, Good walking path, and Good cycle road. On road, water, WC facilities in slums.
Then dream about Metro.

Do you know what will be the environment impact because of metro?
How many trees will be cut because of metro?
How many people can travel at the same time in metro?
What about the Parking Place which metro will need ?
Which Buildings will be demolished for the project of Metro?
How much money will be paid to Building owners and societies whose building will be demolished?
What will be the increase in the taxes ?
How much will be the ticket of Metro ?

Nothing is available No Information is Available .

Do you think Delhi Metro is successful ?

Currently Delhi metro is on testing phase .
Everyday we can read that Delhi metro cancelled trains.
Delhi metro is running late .
'A technical snag in the communication network affected train services between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. This resulted in cancellation of 10 train trips on the Dwarka-Noida/Anand Vihar line,' a Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) official told IANS.

Delhi required the Metro – The reason is that Common Wealth Games will be played in Delhi in October 2010 , for these games thousands of foreigners will visit the city so Delhi city required the Metro , as Foreign Population and citizens are not used to travel in third class buses which we Indians are used to travel proudly .

BRT project in Gujarat was successful But Pune BRI people went to Gujarat for studies and still PUNE BRT project failed

This clearly shows that the BRT Pune project was handled by uneducated people and organizations .
Who wanted to make money by hook or crook
Do you know who is responsible for BRT Project Failure in Pune city ?

Before supporting Metro for Pune city
Get the answers for the above questions.

Before Brining Metro in Pune city, PMC needs to do following things .

1. Make the Good and Big Roads
2. Develop special cycle roads
3. Increase the number of PMT , PCMT Buses
4. Run only Volvo Buses in Pune city
5. Give the Contract to Best [ Mumbai ] for the development of PCMT Buses
6. Improve the walking paths

After this asks the Pune citizens do you need Metro ?
Do you want Metro ?

Pune Metro will open the doors for corruption
So if you support the Metro then keep your eyes and ears open otherwise

We will have to say once more

Tel Hi Gale Tup hi gale Hathi Rahile Dhupatane

This means that

Oil and Ghee , Butter both wasted and we got only empty vessel .

Jail Ho Corruption Jai Ho PMC

A greased mouth cannot say “No “- A Proverb Meaning with Political Story of IPL, Lalit and Sharad –

A greased mouth cannot say “No “- A Proverb Meaning with Political Story of IPL, Lalit and Sharad –
Reality Views by sm –
Sunday, June 06, 2010

A greased mouth cannot say “No “

Meaning of Proverb –

1.The person who has taken bribe can not refuse any request of the bribe giver.

2.The person who takes bribe once becomes the slave of the bribe giver forever.

3.The person who takes bribe becomes the slave of money forever and starts to dance to the tune of bribe giver.

4.A prostitute can reject a customer but bribe taker can not reject his master that is bribe giver .

Understanding the Proverb a greased mouth cannot say “No “
Using political story –
Story of IPL , Lalit and Sharad –

Few years back Lalit understood the nature of foolish Indians, and gave the Plan of IPL to a cricketing Boss Sharad .

Then they started the IPL cricket matches. As With the help of Lalit , Sharad became the chief boss of cricketing world, Sharad sanctioned the plan immidiately.

As plan was given by the Lalit , Sharad made him the Boss of IPL with unlimited powers .

Lalit was intelligent and honest with Shard and both earned lot of money from IPL, they made lots of money, gave jobs and contracts to friends.

Then Lalit started to see that they dreamed of thousands but IPL became the No.1 sport and saw the opportunities of making black money into white money, and hundreds of ways to earn money.
Like demanding money if someone wants contracts, demanding money if someone want to play in IPL like this thousands of reasons .

Like this Lalit made unlimited money , by legal and illegal ways, but slowly people who did not get the money as well as respect in the company started to expose the IPL corruption .

When IPL got the beauty queen in controversy, suddenly Indian people started to take interest in the IPL fraud and corruption , as India is a sex starved country .

Because of media a good politician resigned but anyways he got the promise from his bosses that he will resign but they must expose the corruption of IPL,
Because of this the machinery which was sleeping and was ignoring the corruption of IPL has to take action on IPL .

Because of this Lalit found himself in trouble .

But Lalit was Intelligent he kept all the documents of earlier frauds and corruption .

He informed the cricketing world as well as Bosses Save him otherwise he will expose the documents which will show to the world how corrupt is every cricketing boss .

But Cricketing bosses did not agree tried to over come his power, but when he Lalit released the little bit news about their corruption , they became afraid , they saw the documents .

And Sharad Promised to the Lalit that Lalit will be never punished.
Both promised to the company that we will play the drama of fight and will see that no one goes to jail.

Once you do a corruption, opposition party has papers this way the person who does the corruption, takes bribe becomes the slave of money and bribe giver.

Jai Ho IPL.
They realized that Indian population took interest in the IPL fraud because of females, so they are deciding to keep away females from IPL in future.
Females will be hidden part of IPL no one will know it.

Part 18 – Indian Legal History – Lord Hastings Plan 1814 –

Reality Views by sm –
Sunday, June 06, 2010

As we have seen that increasing number of suits increased the work load of courts and in result, increase in number of pending suits.

To reduce the accumulation of cases and suits a plan was introduced of referring land disputes to arbitration.
Regulation VI of 1813 made provisions to this effect.
Land disputed parties were free to take their matters to private arbitration and courts were to support and enforce the awards made by the arbitration.

Lord Hastings - Plan of 1814 -

Increased the court fees, started to charge the fees on every process undertaken and on every paper filed in the civil courts.
This way judiciary became the revenue and money making factory as on every paper, judicial process the fee was charged.

The effect was that people started to keep away from the judiciary as it became costly affair.

Regulation V increased the strength of each provincial court to four.

Regulation XXVI tried to restrict the number of appeals. Only one appeal was allowed in every case.

This regulation laid down the qualification for the appointment of registers and district judges.

The persons who wanted to became register have to obtain the certificate from the Collage of Fort William.

From 1st February, 1815 no person was to be appointed a judge of provincial court unless he had at least 3 years of experience as a judge or magistrate in a district adalat.

Bengal Presidency 1814
The structure of Judiciary in Bengal Presidency 1814 –

We will start from the Bottom –

1. Munsiffs - jurisdiction up to Rs.64
2. Munsiff location - District
3. Appeals from munsiffs went to the district diwani adalat
4. Sadar ammens tried the cased up to Rs. 150
5. Sadar ammens located at district head quarters
6. Appeals went to Diwani adalat.
7. Registers tried cases up to Rs. 500
8. Appeals went to the District diwani adalat
9. Each Diwani adalat had one or two registers
10. One diwani adalat in each district
11. Diwani adalat tried cases up to Rs. 5000
12. Appeals went to the Provincial Court of appeal
13. Provincial court of appeal tried cases over Rs. 5000

In 1793 District Diwani adalat enjoyed unlimited power but in 1814 District diwani adalat got limited power , tried cases up to Rs. 5000 only .

Watch the Heaven Knows video below the lyrics of song Heaven Knows.

Lyrics – Heaven Knows

She’s always on my mind,
From the time I wake up

'till I close my eyes
She’s everywhere I go
She’s all I know

Though she's so far away
It’s just keeps getting stronger
Every day
And even now she's gone
I’m still holding on

So tell me where I start
'cause it's breaking my heart
Don’t want to let her go

Chorus:
Maybe my love will come back some day
Only heaven knows
And maybe our hearts will find their way
Only heaven knows
And all I can do is hope and pray
'cause heaven knows

My friends keep telling me
That if you really love her
You’ve got to set her free
And if she returns in kind
I’ll know she's mine

So tell me where I start
'cause it's breaking my heart
Don’t want to let her go

Chorus

Why I live in despair
'cause wide awake or dreaming
I know she's never there
And all these time I act so brave
I’m shaking inside
Why does it hurt me so...?

Chorus

Heaven knows

How to Block Incoming Calls or Calls from Unwanted Persons?

How to Block Incoming Calls or Calls from Unwanted Persons?
Reality Views by sm –
Thursday, June 03, 2010

Below are the few methods how we can block incoming calls on our cell ?

Method One -

Every mobile has a function of creating Group.

First step create a group called as Black list, or demon or ignored or any name which you like.
Then add the unwanted phone numbers into this group.
Then choose the ring tone which is 1kb smallest duration ring tone, another option is keep this group on silent mode.

The above idea works on every mobile phone, cell phone.

Method Two -

Understanding Call barring feature –
This feature is available in nearly every Nokia mobile phone But still you have to check does this function is available in your cell.

What is call barring?
Call barring (network service) allows you to restrict the calls that you make or receive with the device.
Call Barring - Enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone, i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, incoming calls.

Call barring password is required to activate or deactivate the call barring service which allows you to restrict the incoming or outgoing calls.

Call barring is a network service, your network operator Tata, Reliance or Airtel or service provider provides you barring password.

How to locate call barring function?
Press Menu, and select Tools > Settings > Phone or security settings > Call barring service.

Once you click the call barring then you will get following options –
Outgoing calls, international calls, incoming calls etc.
Choose the option incoming calls – then you will get 3 options
Activate, cancel or check status,
If you are first time using this, select check status and it will show you service is not active.

How do I use the call barrings on my Nokia device?

Select Menu > Ctrl. panel > Settings > Phone > Call barring.

You can restrict the calls that can be made or received with the device (network service). To change the settings, you need the barring password from your service provider. Call barring affects all call types, except emergency calls.

Call barring and call forwarding cannot be active at the same time.

To bar calls, select from the following:

• Outgoing calls - Prevent making voice calls with your device.
• Incoming calls - Prevent incoming calls.
• International calls - Prevent calling to foreign countries or regions.
• Incoming calls if roaming - Prevent incoming calls when outside your home country.
• International calls except to home country - Prevent calls to foreign countries or regions, but allow calls to your home country.

To check the status of voice call barrings, select Options > Check status.

To stop all voice call barring, select a barring option and Options > Deactivate all barrings.

To change the password used for barring voice, fax, and data calls, select Options > Edit barring password Enter the current code, then the new code twice. The barring password must be four digits long. For details, contact your service provider.

Call barring affects all calls, including data calls.
Call barring and call diverting cannot be active at the same time.

The difficult task is how to get the call barring password from our service provider?
If you are staying in India, I do not need to say anything.
This will just depend on your hard work, how many times you can make the call to the service provider.

Indian Service Providers do not easily provide this, they will even lie to you that we do not know about this, this facility is not available with us.
Even they will tell you lie that ask the nokia to give that password.
Be ready to tell the service provider that how is it possible your passwords are with another company?

Method Three -

Some mobile phones provide the facility of using 3rd party software which will help you to block the incoming or outgoing calls.
I have never used such type of cell phone, so I can not write more about it.
But they are available in market in India so if you are planning to buy new one ask the shop owner about it. Nokia model N72 allows using third party software’s.
Few names of the software’s.
Call Filter, Handy Blacklist, Interactive Voice Call Master, Smart Call Manager etc
Everything depends on which model you are using, does it support or which OS mobile phone is using?

Do not do anything in mobile if you are not sure about the password, as they stop the functioning of mobile phone.
So if you trust the person who is giving you info and password then do it, use them.

Remember call barring password is 4 digit, many sites I have found they say here is password for call barring, 12345, it’s a waste of time.

Barring password and Pin password are two different passwords.
The security code supplied with the phone protects your phone against unauthorized use. The preset code is 12345.
The PIN code supplied with the SIM card protects the card against unauthorized use. The PIN2 code supplied with some SIM cards is required to access certain services. If you enter the PIN or PIN2 code incorrectly three
Times in succession, you are asked for the PUK or PUK2 code. If you do not have them, contact your local service provider.
The module PIN is required to access the information in the security module of your SIM card. The signing PIN may be required for the digital signature. The barring password is required when using the Call barring service.
Select Menu > Settings > Security to set how your phone uses the access codes and security settings.

Everything depends on the model of mobile phone .So please read your mobile manual.

Blackberry users can use the application called Efficient Call Blocker. This program will allow you place numbers in the software and when those numbers show up on caller-id, then it auto-ignore it.

Method Four -

If your cell phone allows you to choose the ringer sound for each entry in your phone book, you can put the number you want to block in your address book and then set the ring for that number to 'no ring' or silent mode It's not the same as blocking the number, but you won't know when they call.

The primary objective of the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC Registry) is to curb Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC).
To register/de-register their request for NDNC registry may dial 1909 or SMS to 1909 with keywords 'START DND' for registration and 'STOP DND' for de-registration
Please call 1909(toll-free) from your Airtel Mobile or Landline Phone
or
SMS "START DND" to 1909 from your Airtel Mobile
.

To check NDNC status of your mobile phone number

A friend in need is a friend indeed – Proverb Meaning with Political Story

A friend in need is a friend indeed – Proverb Meaning with Political Story

Reality Views by sm –
Tuesday, June 01, 2010

Meaning of Proverb - A friend in need is a friend indeed

We come to know who our real friend is only in times of need and poverty and government contracts, political help and benefits for our kids.

When someone is rich or holds power he has many friends, but in times of poverty only real friends come to help. This way we come to know in reality who is our friend.

A real friend comes to rescue you when Judiciary can punish you.

A real friend makes, converts your illegal deeds and acts into legal one.

Real friends do the drama of fighting to fool the population, but in reality they are friends and see that no one ever goes to jail.

Story to Understand the Proverb -

Maya and Shibu both are facing criminal charges and CBI is investigating the criminal matters against them.

So when Congress needs the vote, Both Maya and Shibu has to give their vote supporting congress

Otherwise Congress will order the CBI to increase the speed of trial against Maya and shibu and send them to jail for doing corruption.

Friend in Need is Indeed.

So what ever may happen?
Maya and Shibu support the Congress.
Do the drama of fight to fool the Indian People.
Congress will never send Maya and Shibu to jail for corruption as CBI has orders never to speed up the trials otherwise CBI officials may not get promotions.

You save me from jail and I save your government.

You give my son and friends the contracts and I will be silent regarding you not charging IPL tax

Two religious leaders always support each other when they discriminate against the females.
You keep your females in Hijab
And I keep our females always under pressure by beating them on valentine day or ordering them not to use skirt or jeans.
This way both religious leaders enjoy the status and discriminate against the females and treat them as animals.
