President Barack Obama – Restrictions on India to Purchase "dual use" technologies will be removed. What is Dual use technology?
In his speech President Barack Obama declared that very soon restrictions on the India regarding purchase of so-called "dual use" technologies will be removed.
What is Dual use technology? What is the meaning of dual use technology ? Dual means two
In short a technology which can be used 2 different ways is called as dual technology. The technology which can be used for the peaceful purpose as well as military purpose is called as dual use technology. Particularly this applies in case of nuclear reactors.
2nd example is Global Positioning System this can be also used for the two different goals Civil goal as well as military goal.
Many types of nuclear reactors produce the plutonium. Plutonium is required and necessary to make nuclear weapon. This same nuclear reactor is used to generate electricity which is peaceful use of techonology.
Many countries have laws which prohibit the sell of such dual technologies without the permission of government.
Once America removes the restriction on India regarding purchase of dual technologies, it will help Indian companies to purchase this technology which will be used for the benefit of India. This will also allow American companies to sale dual technologies to Indian companies.
This will increase the trade between India and America.
In a statement, Mike Froman, the Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs said the United States will support India's full membership in the four multilateral export control regimes. These are the Nuclear Suppliers Group; what's called the MTCR regime -- the Missile Technology Control Regime; the Australian Group; and the Wassanaar Arrangement."
This membership makes it easier for India to get dual-use technology from member countries. It's also means India has a say in framing export control rules.
The Australia Group deals with chemical and biological weapons. Wassenaar deals with conventional weapons
USA will also remove India's defense and space-related entities from the U.S. entity list.
Three Indian entities will be taken off embargoed list – 1.Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), 2.Indian Space Research (ISR0) 3.The Hyderabad-headquartered Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL).

Whenever American President is traveling in a plane, that plane is called as an Air force one plane.
No matter where in the world the President travels, if he flies in an Air Force jet, the plane is called Air Force One.

The President and his travel companions enjoy 4,000 square feet of floor space on three levels, including an extensive suite for the President that features a large office, lavatory, and conference room.
Air Force one includes a medical suite that can function as an operating room and a doctor is permanently on board.
The plane’s two food preparation galleys can feed 100 people at a time.
Air Force One also has quarters for those who accompany the President, including senior advisors, Secret Service officers, traveling press, and other guests.
Several cargo planes typically fly ahead of Air Force One to provide the President with services needed in remote locations.
Principal differences between Air Force One and the standard Boeing 747 include state-of-the-art navigation, electronic and communications equipment; its interior configuration and furnishings; self-contained baggage loader; and front and aft air-stairs.
It has 85 onboard telephones, a collection of two-way radios, fax machines and computer connections.
It also has 19 televisions and assorted office equipment.

The plane is outfitted with electronic counter measures (ECM) to jam enemy radar. The plane can also eject flares to throw heat-seeking missiles
On Air Force One How much Money is spend by American Government ?
The U.S. military has provided an updated estimate on that cost, first published by a taxpayer watchdog group and confirmed by FoxNews.com, and the number is staggering $181,757 per hour.
Air force one per Hour Spending amount is $181,757
Now my question is does it include cost of all planes or just only one plane Air force one. If this is cost of one plane then amount should 2 times or 3 times more.
Does it include cost of Marine One, C 17 Global master and other planes and helicopters which fly with President of America?

Replacements for the three ousted justices will be appointed by the governor from a slate of candidates nominated by a committee of lawyers and will have to stand for periodic retention votes, a system known as merit selection.
This will start judicial corruption in America as sweet tongue people will become judges and who will make money and give judgment as per the wishes of politicians of America .
It was marriage that inspired the campaign to oust the judges, and it was prominent national anti-gay organizations that bankrolled the effort. This is the time American Judiciary should unite and go on strike because this is nothing but limiting their judgment giving power.
Pakistan is better in this case , when Supreme Court judges got the problems , nation as well as legal fraternity supported them so much military President has to restore Supreme Court judges their post.
Otherwise this will be repeated in other states, and slowly religious laws will become applicable in USA.
Already in UK , Sharia Law is valid and used by judges , recently in USA such attempt was banned by amendment .
If judges will lost their jobs for giving judgment protecting minority communities , tomorrow What will happen and what type of judgments will be passed one can understand easily.
Judge should be removed from his job for doing corruption not for giving judgment based on his talent and education.
Judiciary is above religion , judges have to decide and give judgment not by religion but evidence and human rights .
This proves and shows another example why in future China will become No. 1 Super power. Can not even think, a judge removed from his job for giving judgment not for doing corruption .

The time has come that American People should relearn the theory of separation of power between executive and judiciary.
In India it is very difficult for Indian politicians to remove the judges from their post which the necessity for good democracy that what ever may happen, politicians should not be able to remove the Supreme Court judges easily .
Know About Marine One – The Chopper , Helicopter of American President Barack Obama
Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1), is a United States Marine Corps helicopter squadron responsible for the transportation of the President of the United States, Vice President, Cabinet members and other VIPs
HMX-1, the Marine squadron tasked with flying the President of the United States, was first formed in 1947. The VH-34 Choctaw was the first helicopter model to be used as Marine One.
When President of America is traveling in a Marine Helicopter, it is called as Marine One Helicopter. When term Marine One is used one should understand that the President of America is traveling in that Helicopter.
When the President is aboard, the Marine helicopter uses the call sign "Marine One." Call Sign Marine Two means Vice President of America is traveling in that helicopter.
Marine One is always transported wherever the president travels, within the U.S. as well as overseas.
It usually denotes a helicopter operated by the HMX-1 "Nighthawks" squadron, either the large VH-3D Sea King or the newer, smaller VH-60N "WhiteHawk"
Marine one chopper pilots learn to fly 4 types of helicopters . It is compulsory to learn to fly these 4 types of helicopters. 1. VH-3D 2. VH-60 used for presidential lifts, 3. CH-46 4. CH-53E
The VH-3D is the primary helicopter model used as Marine One

Normally when President is flying in Marine one, that same time other identical helicopters also fly with that helicopter. Thus enemy never knows in which helicopter, Marine One President is traveling, even sometimes 5 marine one choppers fly with the real Marine One.
Marine One is equipped with standard military anti-missile countermeasures such as flares to counter heat-seeking missiles and chaff to counter radar-guided missiles, as well as AN/ALQ-144A infrared countermeasures.
Flares are used to misled the heat-seeking missiles as flares burn at thousands of degrees, which is much hotter than the exhaust of a jet engine
Chaff – is used to fool or misled or to distract radar-guided missiles from their targets.
When Chaff is dropped every 2 minute is considered as distress signal by an aircraft.

Because of security reasons – President Barack Obama will be flying down by chopper, Marine One from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport to south Mumbai on Saturday early evening.
INS Shikra, is a naval air station and helicopter base, which provides air traffic control services to Indian defence and civilian helicopters operating in south Mumbai. Obama will be flying by the Marine One chopper to Hotel Taj.

The Supreme Court order says
Bride burning is a crime which deserves the death sentence because of the extreme depravity of mind involved in killing a young woman for the "lust of money", a Bench of Justices Markandeya Katju and Gyan Sudha Misra said in their judgment.
"The hallmark of a healthy society is the respect it shows to its women. Indian society has become a sick society," the court observed, adding that the evidence of this fact lay in the large number of cases coming up in the Supreme Court (and also in almost all courts in the country) in which young women are being killed by their husbands or by their in-laws by pouring kerosene on them and setting them on fire or by hanging/strangulating them.
Bride burning, the court said, is nothing short of murder. It explains that the term "rarest of rare" does not just mean that the act is uncommon, "it means that the act is brutal and barbaric". "And bride killing is certainly barbaric," Justice Katju said in its October 28 judgment.
"We have carefully perused the impugned judgment and order of the High Court and the judgment of the trial court and other evidence on record. We see no reason to disagree with the judgment and order of the High Court convicting the appellants. In fact, it was really a case under Section 302 IPC and death sentence should have been imposed in such a case, but since no charge under Section 302 IPC was levelled, we cannot do so, otherwise, such cases of bride burning, in our opinion, fall in the category of rarest of rare cases, and hence deserve death sentence. Although bride burning or bride hanging cases have become common in our country, in our opinion, the expression "rarest of rare" as referred to in Bachan Singh Vs. State of Punjab, AIR 1980 SC 898 does not mean that the act is uncommon, it means that the act is brutal and barbaric. Bride killing is certainly barbaric.
Thus, if daughter is killed by husband and his family, always remember and see that Police file the charge sheet or a case under Section 302 (murder) IPC.
Only then you can get death punishment for the killer of your daughter.
Always pay attention under which section of Indian Penal Code case is filed.

Who was Yudhishtra?
Yudhishtra was the eldest son of King Pandu and Queen Kunti. For his piety, he was known as Dharmaraja, which means righteous king' or 'king of dharma'
Pandu was unable to become father and Queen Kunti using her powers with the help of Yama, the god of judgment gave birth to the Yudhishtra.
Yudhisthira was trained in religion, science, administration
He married Panchali princess Draupadi along with his four brothers
One wife five husbands.
He became king of the Indraprastha
He was not master of gambling or dice.
Duryodhana's maternal uncle Shakuni, challenged Yudhisthira to a game of dice, which is gambling.
Gambling is also art, and considered as a sin by religious people, so how can a religious person accept the invitation to play the game of gambling?
Thus because of ego or to show manly powers Yudhisthira accepted the challenge to play game of gambling, dice.
Everyone knew that the Shakuni is the champion of playing dice. He was expert in that game.
Yudhisthira lost all the games of gambling. He lost kingdom He lost all wealth
Even uneducated person also knows the difference between a living thing and property.
But He forgot this he lost his brothers in gambling.
Still the king of religion does not realize his mistake and He played again and
He lost himself and thus all the 5 Pandavas became the servants of Kauravas.
But again he played the game and
Lost his wife Draupadi also in the game of dice, gambling.
What happened after losing Draupadi?
Duryodhana ordered his younger brother Dushasana to forcefully bring her into the forum. Dushasana forcefully brings Draupadi in the forum or court where every male was sitting and enjoying the game of dice and gambling.
In that period Dasa, servants were forbidden to wear clothes or upper clothes. So all 5 brothers removed their clothes or say upper clothes.
Now Draupadi was also a Dasi, so what should be her dress code?
But legally speaking how can a servant das who has no right to keep property can put his wife as property?
Then Kauravas demand the same from Draupadi who refuses. Then to the horror of everybody present, Dushasana tries to strip Draupadi of her sari.
Now Draupadi calls her friend Krishna and he appears and using magic or maya saves her from the Kauravas.
Why Krishna did not stopped the husband of Draupadi from putting her on bet?
Who is more responsible, unreligious person in this story?
The husband of wife or the owner of Dasi, servant?
Both are guilty
As per religious books a king can not put his wife as bet as she was also the queen. Not his servant or dasi. In reality she was.
Indirectly this shows the position of Hindu female also.
Do you think any religious person will do this as per the standards of religious books?
People say that he was Kshatriya so he has to accept the challenge?
So why he did not follow the duty of husband towards his wife?
What is important for a husband - duty towards his wife or the religious books? Or customs?
So if the Kshatriya is challenged to kidnap a female will it be religious?
This is the time when he put his brother on gamble, why Krishna did not appeared and stopped him from doing unlawful act.
When Yudhisthira put Draupadi on the gamble, why the best friend of Draupadi, that is Krishna did not appear and stopped the game of gambling?
After losing Draupadi in the game of gambling.
Everyone said Shakuni cheated and won all the games of gambling
If shakuni was cheating in the gambling, then why Yudhisthira did not stopped playing the game of gambling, dice?
What is the duty of Kshatriya when he finds about cheating?

What is the reason Yudhisthira did not stop the game of dice as soon as he got knowledge Shakuni is cheating?
As per religion what is the duty of Husband towards his wife?
It is the duty of good people to show new good ways of living to society , good people always change the society for the benefit of society , they do not drink and smoke by saying that it is their family custom and because religion says so they have to drink or smoke or play the game of gambling

Thus No one is Dharmaraj Dharam changes as per the wishes of king and rich people and as per the wishes of final winner of the war. What he projects is considered correct always.
