Baba Ramdev Baba Ramdev said he would go on a fast unto death in New Delhi from 4 June
Ramdev Baba is planning to launch the nationwide protest against the issues of corruption and black money stashed in foreign banks from June 4 at Ramleela Maidan in Delhi.
Baba Ramdev said he would go on a fast unto death in New Delhi from 4 June over the issue of corruption and illicit money being stashed abroad.
Baba Ramdev has said that he would break his fast only if the government drafts a strong anti-corruption Bill with death sentence for the corrupt as its focal point.
Baba Ramdev also demanded that the 400 lakh cores which were stashed outside the country to be brought back to India.
Ramdev said, “My hunger strike will continue until the government retrieves the black money and draft a strict Lokpal Bill.”
Following are the demands of Baba Ramdev –

Yes I agree with this demand. If we will demand death punishment then government will agree for life imprisonment for corruption.

Yes I totally agree with this demand. Government should declare it as a national property immediately.

Yes I agree with Baba Ramdev.
But now here is the problem that media has reported that Baba Ramdev says that Prime Minister and judiciary should not come under Lokpal.
Now if we sign the UNCAC convention ,it clearly says that a separate agency should be established which will investigate President and Prime Minister every one from top to bottom.
So here Baba Ramdev needs to think on this Issue.
Please tell me in India which agency separate independent we got in India to investigate
Corruption done by the Prime Minister or Judiciary.

It is impossible to do this, we need to change and bring amendments to existing laws.

Yes I Agree with this demand Not Only Prime Minister but people should elect directly the chief minister also.

Yes I agree with this demand.

We do not want religious Hindu or Muslim India.
We want democratic India where Constitution of India will be supreme.
The constitution of India should be on top of every religious book.

Baba Ramdev is doing the right thing I would say because its not the people who are elected by vote. One having proper knowledge cannot be depressed in his situation.
There is no feasible route to implement Baba Ramdev's plans. As I see it a proper legal document should be put up in parliament and hope for the best.
Baba Ramdev maybe could rope in Uma Bharati, an MP to raise his issue.

If we really hang the corrupt, there will be graves on the earth rather than human beings. I am not asking for leniency, but the conditions should be created for honest to inspire dishonest to turn towards honesty. I feel there is no practicality in his demands.
If corrupt officer thinks he cannot bear the weight of 50 rupees notes, he can ask for gift or gold coin etc. Banning high denomination notes can be a temporary solution.

As per Indian Government Reports 70% Indians or more daily earn Rs.20
Now I assume that 70% Indians earn Daily Rs.100.
Thus we do not notes of 500 and 1000
Today we got facility of cheque, debit card and credit card so we if you want to purchase the item worth Rs.500 one can pay buy cheque or debit or credit card.
Only purpose of 500 and 1000 note is to keep circulation of Black money.

Nothing is more entertaining then reading his demand above. I might have hurt people's emotions ( sorry! ) Most of his demand are rubbish like band on 1000 and 500 currency notes as this move will affect the Indian economy ( since he is not an economist )

It is very difficult to ban as most of Indians do not have bank accounts. Village people are completely out of the banking facilities. So, they cannot utilise the plastic cards.
India banned it once, but failed to curb. However, USA got success. If India wants to ban, first there should be financial inclusion of Indians. Through UID, it is trying to provide. Attitudinal change is real change. Bad runs thousand miles while good is wearing shoes.

I agree with this points what Mr. Anna Hazare started the revolution, I am always with Hazare. Many Individual has many demands, Like Roti Kapda & Makan. This should be solved first. Roti, Kapada Makan is different issue and corruption is different issue.
In India we got corruption in everything.
Without changing our laws black money will not come to India.
Declaring Black money as the national property is one of the best solution
Corruption is in our blood I doubt if we got 2 party system both parties will make a contract that 5 Years you rob the country I will keep quiet and then I will rob the country for 5 years then you keep the quiet.
Corrupt country like India needs multi party system.
2 system party will not decrease corruption.
To reduce corruption we need to change laws, and bring a strong Lokpal system in India with power to file a complaint against Prime Minister and Judiciary.
