The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to the Centre and Delhi government seeking reports within two weeks on the midnight crackdown on Baba Ramdev's supporters at Ramlila ground in New Delhi.


NHRC has issued notices to the Union Home Secretary, Delhi Chief Secretary and the city Commissioner of Police calling for reports.

Bharat Swabhiman Samiti (BSS) – an organization of Ramdev baba
Bihar Bandh on Tuesday – Reason for Bandh is to protest against the midnight police crack down on Ramdev Baba and his supporters.

Bihar state unit BSS coordinator Ajit Kumar told reporters that "We appeal to the people of Bihar to extend their all out support to make the bandh a success,"
The bandh will be observed from dawn to afternoon and essential services like civil supplies and movement of ambulances carrying patients have been exempted from its purview

Muzaffarpur -
Advocate Sudhir Ojha filed a complaint against Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh for allegedly describing Yoga guru Ramdev as a 'fraud'.
Chief Judicial Magistrate R C Malviya accepted the complaint and fixed June 16 as next hearing date.
Advocate Ojha filed complaint and wanted to book Digvijay Singh under following IPC sections.
1. section 154(A) (sedition)
2. 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot)
3. 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the IPC

Supreme Court took the cognizance of forceful eviction of Ramdev Baba and his supporters and a vacation bench of justices B S Chauhan and Swatenter Kumar issued notices to the Union home secretary, chief secretary of Delhi, Delhi administration, and Delhi police commissioner asking them to respond within two weeks.
The SC ask them to explain the circumstances under which the people had to be dispersed at midnight by the use of force.

SC declined to entertain a petition filed by advocate Ajay Aggarwal on the issue.

Anna Hazare represents common Indian Citizens.

Ramdev Baba represents common Indian citizens.


More than sixty years Indian citizens lived like slaves and today also we are living like slaves.

Indians are afraid to go on road, may be few are afraid; few are selfish, few think about their jobs and families, thus no one ready to go on road or talk against the wrong policies of government of India.

First of all we must understand all the political parties are same, their names are different but their aims, objects and desires everything is same.

From A to Z all the political parties are same with only one object to rule the India.

After arrival of Internet in the life of common man the people started to express themselves.

When Anna Hazare went to Delhi government thought no one will support Anna and in one week Anna will go empty handed from Delhi.

Anna went to Delhi with the cause of Lokpal Bill and corruption.

Government ignored Anna but when Government saw the huge support of Young Generation and educated class to the Anna.

After that political parties used different tricks so that the Anna will lose the support.
But all the political parties failed in that attempt.
Then Government left with no option but to form the drafting committee to draft a Lokpal Bill.

This was the first victory of Common Indian Man against corruption and political parties of India.

But I still doubt that we will get the strong Lokpal in India.
I do not have any hope.
If we want strong Lokpal Bill we must support Anna Hazare so much that political parties will think twice before rejecting demands of Anna.

Every demand of Anna is right and good for the benefit of India.
Government should not reject a single demand of civil society members.

Political parties of India are not used to see the common man on Road with demands.

Thus common Indian citizens entered the exclusive land of or say exclusive territory of Political Parties.
Domain of political parties to agitate for their parties and for their own selfish cause.


Then Ramdev started his moment and demands against corruption.

Ramdev Baba also got the same huge support from Indians.

But Ramdev Baba made mistakes. His demands were not consistent.
He even invited some objectional persons on his table to sit with him while demanding the laws against corruption.

This time also government tried that Ramdev Baba did not go on strike but he went on strike, political parties tried to defame Ramdev Baba.
But still Ramdev baba got support.

But Ramdev baba made mistake Ramdev and Government made a deal on Friday but Ramdev Baba kept it secret up to Saturday evening.

Government released the letter signed by Ramdev Babas assistant.

After that also Ramdev Baba got the support of Indians as today Indians are educated and know and understand that we must support the cause and fight against corruption.

The cause is important and not the person who is going on Road to fight against corruption

What we can not do it Ramdev Baba is doing it?

Put your hand on your heart and ask the question what Ramdev Baba or Anna Hazare is doing can you do it?

No we can not we are afraid of police danda.

Danda means stick.

Now the question is why police took the action on sleeping Indians?

The reason is that we are still not independent, in 1948 only transfer of power happened from British People to Indians.
Then our own Indians became the kings of India.

What happened in Ramleela ground was more brutal than Jalianwala Baug.

That time people were not sleeping, he was outsider he was not Indian who ordered firing.

But today this happened in Indian, our own people brutally were evicted from ground.
Who was sleeping on the grounds?

Were they terrorist?
Do you think it was the terrorist camp where some baba was giving training to terrorist to fight against government?

No it was not terrorist camp,
On that ground innocent Indians were sleeping who were demanding good laws for the benefit of India.

Is it crime to demand a good law from government?

Its not a crime but today also we Indians are slaves and our laws are not good.
Our laws protect the rich and mighty.

We need to bring amendments we need to change our system.

This incident has clearly shown that political parties want to send a message among common man and common Indian citizens that
If you will come on road we will beat you like animals.
We will treat you like animals.

The message has gone, but one should remember that British people also tried this but they failed.

And one day they transferred their power to Indians and left India

Political parties are afraid that common man is learning to come on road demanding justice.

How much they try it now common Indian man has started awaken from the sleep of more than sixty years.

If government does not improve one day India will also see the Happenings of Tahir Sqare.

Now you can not fool the Indians on the name of religion and caste and divide Hindu and Muslim.

As everyone is poor and is facing same problems.

There is no excuse and no reason to beat the sleeping Indians.

This is the beginning of fight against corrupt political parties and corrupt people.

So now on when you will go on road demanding good laws remember the incident and be ready to get danda on your ass and on your legs.

The incident has clearly shown that Yes we are still not independent we are the slaves of Political Machinery.

Understand this truth and always support the cause even if you do not like the person if his cause is good and just support him.

The ownership of the land on which Baba Ramdevs Yoga ashram is situated located in haridwar being contested in High Court.


The land plot on which yoga ashram is situated originally belonged to Udaseen Akhada.
Mahant Rajendra Das represented Udaseen Akhada.

As per norm this plot or land can not be sold registered, transferred to anyone.

After the death of Mahant Rajendra Das the land should have gone to his successor Mahant Mahendra Das. But das did not get the rights.
The land was sold to Baba Ramdev's close aide Acharya Balkrishna.

Currently the case is contested in High Court.



Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh said that Acharya Balkrishna, the boy who stays with Baba Ramdev is a Nepali national.
he has committed a crime in Nepal and fled to Haridwar and became an India national. He has also got his passport made. It should be investigated that how he has got his passport made,"
Congress has accused Balkrishna of being a Nepalese criminal, who has forged an Indian passport.

Times Now have reported that Acharya Balkrishna, considered Baba's right-hand man, has been missing since 4th June.
Acharya Balkrishna signed the letter which Government showed to the media regarding the commitment to call off the strike by 4pm on Saturday.

Mangueshi Temple is located near the Mahalasa temple has imposed dress restrictions.
The temple president, Jayant Mandurkar, said the dress code was same for both
domestic as well as foreign tourists.
He said that Tourists sometimes wear short skirts, shorts and other dresses when visiting the temple.
Further he added that they have informed about dress code to the tourism department.

Ralf D'Souza, President, Travel and Tourism Association of Goa (TTAG) said that
This will not impact the tourist flow. In fact, all over world, there are dress codes for visiting religious places.

God does not look the dress; God sees what is in your soul.

God has no objection and god is in our heart we do not need to visit temples or any other religious place to meet god.

Advocate Ajay Agarwal filed Petition in Supreme Court against
eviction of Ramdev baba alleged barbaric police action

Advocate Ajay Agarwal filed a petition in Supreme Court of India seeking a direction to the government to issue a white paper on the entire episode leading to the eviction of yoga guru Ramdev and the alleged barbaric police action early today against his followers at the Ramlila Grounds.


In the petition, the advocate ajay has alleged that the forceful eviction of Ramdev and the use of force against his followers was against the fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution.

In the petition, Agarwal has named Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Home Minister P Chidambaram, Sibal, Bansal, Tourism Minister Subodh Kant Sahay, Cabinet Secretary K M Chandrasekhar, Home Secretary G K Pillai, IB Chief Nehchal Sandhu and Delhi Police Commissioner B K Gupta as respondents.

The petition, moved before Additional Registrar Vinod Kumar who is the vacation officer, sought a direction to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Intelligence Bureau and Delhi Police to produce the entire records leading to the action. He said that records should be produced within 24 hours.

The additional registrar Vinod Kumar asked Agarwal to mention the petition tomorrow before a vacation bench comprising justices B S Chauhan and Swantanter Kumar at 10:30 am for hearing.

Advocate Ajay Agrawal demanded that government the government should explain the entire sequence of events, details of negotiations and the so-called deal between the government and Ramdev.

The petition has also sought direction to the government to restrain its ministers - Kapil Sibal, Subodh Kant Sahay and Pawan Kumar Bansal - from making any statement, justifying the midnight swoop which is leading to provocation among the public.

Because of this attack on Ramdev Baba and his followers the five civil society members of the Lokpal Bill drafting committee have decided to boycott the meeting of the panel on Monday in New Delhi.


Anna Hazare called this action undemocratic.
Anna Hazare said that "What the Government has done is a blot on democracy.
There was no need for the Government to suppress this movement and attack those protesting at midnight.
It was not right to lathi charge the people at midnight Small children and women were brutally assaulted.
The entire country should stand up as one and protest against this brutal and inhuman action”

Lokpal Bill drafting committee member and retired Supreme Court Judge Santosh Hegde said that it was the violation of fundamental rights.
This is a serious violation of the Fundamental Rights.
We need to think about whether to go back to Government to negotiate about Lokpal Bill. Even if the Government had a deal with Baba Ramdev earlier, there was no need for this midnight action.
This is clearly inhuman to lathi charge and teargas when people were sleeping.
I have not felt this disappointed since Emergency.
If he was really a cheat, then why go to the airport to receive him with four ministers,"

Senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan said that, it shows complete intolerance on the part of the Government for a peaceful satyagrah.
It makes a mockery of democracy.
At one level senior Cabinet ministers roll out the red carpet for him and on another Digvijaya Singh calls him a fraud.
Why was the Government negotiating with him if they thought he was a crook?
Ramdev had our support for most of his demands except for the death penalty (for the corrupt),"

RTI activist Arvind Kejriwal said and demanded that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh must explain and clarify on the crackdown.
Further he added that "This is a violation of the Fundamental Rights. We want a explanation from the Prime Minister on what was the provocation which led him to order such a barbaric action. We will discuss with Anna on the future course of the agitation,"

2. Legislation of strong Lokpal Bill to completely remove corruption

3. Removal of foreign governing system in independent Bharat so that everyone can get social and economical justice

4.Enacting a law to confiscate black money - Government is already doing this

5.Surveillance on those visiting tax havens abroad - Reality is that government knows it already who goes and does what .


Baba said he will not demand a ban on high-denomination currency notes - Recall and abolish all highest currency denominations – 1000, 500, and if possible 100 Rs. Notes.

Baba Ramdev knew on Friday what government is going to say as deal was struck on Friday only.

All the drama was going on regarding hunger strike; in the evening Baba Ramdev said that he will soon announce the good news.

But in a government conference Union Minister Kapil Sibal's released the letter by Acharya Balkrishan, Ramdev's key aide Sibbal said that he would call off the agitation by mid-day.

On Friday the assurance was given by the government regarding three demands now the question is why Baba Ramdev did not told the Indian citizens about this understanding.

Why he kept everyone glued to Television what will happen next when Baba Ramdev knew about it.

Why Baba Ramdev kept everyone waiting and in the dark?


Now government has sent Baba Ramdev a letter assuring him following things.

1. A law will be made regarding black money

2. Black money will be declared as national asset for which a committee will be set up.

3. people guilty of corruption will be given exemplary punishment

Exemplary punishment does not mean death punishment or life imprisonment.

3 years or 5 years or 7 years of punishment can be also termed as exemplary punishment.
Do you remember any committee which was formed and the recommendations of that committee followed by government of India?

Lokpal bill is pending from year 1969 still we see that Government is not ready to accept the demands of Anna.

So what we got so what Ramdev Baba got?
A letter, a letter has no value in the eyes of law.

After signing a UN convention regarding black money government has to do all things.

More than sixty years we are listening we will remove poverty we will give electricity

Government officials in Pakistan confirmed the Drone attacks but they did not confirm that the drone attack killed terrorist Ilyas Kashmiri.
Officials said all the dead militants were Punjabi Taliban.

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said, "I do not have any information now." In connection with this attack and death of Ilyas Kashmiri.

In September 2009 it was reported that Kashmiri got killed in an attack by a US spy plane in North Waziristan

Still the news is not confirmed by American or Pakistani government.

Divya Yoga Mandir Trust - Baba Ram Dev established the Divya Yoga Mandir Trust in 1995. In this project, he was accompanied by Acharya Karamveer and Acharya Balkrishna. The headquarters of the trust are at the Kripalu Bagh Ashram of Haridwar.

Baba Ramdev also started his political ambitions and educating Indians on various topics
Under Banner of Bharat Swabhiman Trust.

Controversies and Baba Ramdev –

March 2005 –
113 employees of Divya Yoga Mandir Trust, Haridwar started an agitation for minimum wages and employees’ rights such as coverage under the Provident Fund and Employees’ State Insurance schemes.
After discussions and meetings agreement was reached between the workers, management and the district administration.
However, some agitating workers were dismissed by the Trustees after being alleged for sabotage.
Their case was taken up by a trade union controlled by the Communist Party of India (Marxist). They are still to be reinstated.

January 2006 –
In January 2006, Brinda Karat, a senior leader of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) accused the Divya Pharmacy, owned by Divya Yog Mandir Trust for using human and animal bones in their medicines.

December 2006 –
Swami Ramdev claimed to cure diseases such as AIDS and cancer through yoga and ayurvedic drugs sold by his Divya Yoga Mandir Trust.
He also went on to suggest that sex education should be replaced by yoga, which was the way to AIDS awareness, prevention and cure.

Media has also reported that Baba Ramdev claims that cancer of the breast, liver, prostate, uterus, pituitary gland, brain tumors and leukemia by practicing the seven breathing exercises.

July 2009 –

In July 2009, when Delhi High Court gave a verdict under decriminalizing homosexuality in Delhi, Baba called a press conference and said, “This verdict of the court will encourage criminality and sick mentality.
This kind of thing is shameful and insulting to all of us.
We are blindly following the West in everything.
This is breaking the family system in India.
Homosexuals are sick people, they should be sent to hospitals for treatment. If the government brings this law, I will take this matter to the streets of Delhi in protest.”

Ending months of uncertainty, President Pratibha Patil has rejected the city Lokayukta's recommendation to sack Delhi PWD Minister Raj Kumar Chauhan for his alleged involvement in protecting a leading resort in a tax evasion case



The Home Ministry today conveyed decision of the President through a letter to Lokayukta Justice Manmohan Sarin who indicated his deep disappointment over rejection of his recommendation, saying such reverses are expected when moral values are sought to be enforced.

” The President has not accepted the findings and recommendations made by the Lokayukta against Chauhan," the Home Ministry said in the letter.Sarin had in February recommended to the President to "withdraw her pleasure" for the Minister to continue in office, holding him guilty of misconduct of "grave nature”.

Home Minister P Chidambaram, when asked about President's rejection of the Lokayukta's recommendation, said the procedure has been followed in dealing with the report by the anti-corruption watchdog.

” There is a procedure to deal with the report. That procedure has been followed," Chidambaram said. Justice Sarin's order had come in a case pertaining to Chauhan's alleged involvement in influencing a team of tax officials when they were carrying out a survey in the Tivoli Garden resort in South Delhi in February last year.

The Lokayukta order had said that "the Minister made a telephone call to the Commissioner of Trade of Taxes in the evening of February 20 last year when a team of tax officials were carrying search and survey at the premises of Tivoli Garden Resort to unearth huge evasion of taxes and concealment of income."

Earlier this month, Delhi government had sent a detailed report to the Union Home Ministry rejecting the Lokayukta's recommendation.

The Home Ministry had asked Delhi Government to file a report on Lokayukta's recommendation.

In his defense, Chauhan had said as public representative, he gets lots of calls from people requesting for favors and he only responded to such a call.

This case again proves that we need to bring Prime Minister and all the politicians under Lokpal.

Baba Ramdev said he would go on a fast unto death in New Delhi from 4 June over the issue of corruption and illicit money being stashed abroad.

Baba Ramdev has said that he would break his fast only if the government drafts a strong anti-corruption Bill with death sentence for the corrupt as its focal point.

Baba Ramdev also demanded that the 400 lakh cores which were stashed outside the country to be brought back to India.

Ramdev said, “My hunger strike will continue until the government retrieves the black money and draft a strict Lokpal Bill.”

So here Baba Ramdev needs to think on this Issue.

Florida Governor Rick Scott (R) signed legislation into law on Tuesday that requires anyone applying for temporary government assistance to pay for and undergo drug screening.


The Scott campaign website (which is now run by the Republican Party of Florida) posted a statement about the bill signing, calling it a “promise kept”:
It reads as follows:
Start –

Today, I signed HB 353, keeping my promise to require drug screening for welfare recipients.

The bill is designed to increase personal accountability and prevent Florida’s tax dollars from subsidizing drug addiction, while still providing for needy children.

Parents failing the required drug test may designate another individual to receive the benefits on behalf of the children.

While there are certainly legitimate needs for public assistance, it is unfair for Florida taxpayers to subsidize drug addiction.

This new law will encourage personal accountability and will help to prevent the misuse of tax dollars.

Under this law families who will demand the help of state must go under the drug test.
If family fails the test the family will not be given assistance.
Under the new law, applicants for the federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program who test positive for illegal drug use won't be eligible to receive benefits for one year or until they successfully complete a drug abuse program. Those who don't test positive will be reimbursed for the cost of the test.

Recipients of state assistance must pay for the drug tests themselves, and will be reimbursed by the state if they get a negative result.
Recipients who pass the test would be reimbursed the cost of which could run from $10 to $70.

Thus this will increase the business for Hospitals who will provide the tests.

Taxpayers will reimburse welfare applicants for negative drug tests.
Positive tests will carry an immediate ban on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families for six months.
A second positive test will result in a three-year ban on state assistance.

Parents who fail drug tests can get benefits for their children by naming a state-approved designee to collect the money. That designee must also pass a drug test.

About 233,000 Floridians applied for cash assistance in 2009-10, including 114,000 families, according to DCF statistics. This month, 93,170 Floridians received cash assistance, a drop of 8.3 percent from a year ago.

Legally speaking and thinking this law seems to be unconstitutional.

Once the law is challenged it will be interesting to see what happens with this law.

In year 2003 a Michigan law that required welfare recipients to receive random drug testing was struck down as unconstitutional by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Because of this law corruption will increase.

The people who take the drugs will take such a drugs which will not be detected by drug tests.
Cocaine or heroin flush quickly through bloodstream but marijuana remains detectable for two weeks or longer.


The families who are get tested and are not taking drugs will feel like humiliated.

It is the duty of the state to help the poor people.

It is the duty of the state to stop the sellers of drugs from selling drugs to citizens of USA.

This clearly shows that Government can not stop drug makers thus they want to punish the innocent people who take drugs.
Who takes the drugs, one has to see what is the reason one is taking or turned to drugs.

What if someone lost job and he turned to drugs in depression?

Why not make a law which will monthly check the Governor and his family for drug abuse including all the elected politicians and if found taking drugs life time ban to contest elections?
