Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani found guilty and sentenced for the name sake only

Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani  found guilty and sentenced for the name sake only

Supreme Court of Pakistan did not dare to send Prime Minister of Pakistan
Yousuf Raza Gilani to Jail.

On Thursday SC convicted Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousuf Raza Gilani
for contempt over his refusal to revive graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari and was given a symbolic sentence that lasted 30 seconds.

Justice Nasirul Mulk, who headed the seven-judge bench said as he sentenced Gilani "till the rising of the court", sparing him a jail term.
The entire proceedings in the courtroom number 4 lasted less than 10 minutes. The judges left the court immediately after announcing the verdict, effectively ending Gilani's sentence.

After this case do you think that everything done by the Pakistan President  which includes illegal acts everything is legal.

No action of the Pakistan President is a crime, he is above the law and judiciary.

The court also made a reference to Article 63(1g) of the Constitution, which lists the grounds for disqualifications of a convicted parliamentarian, but did not invoke it

Now it will depend on assembly or election commission will they take action against Prime  Minister.
Will they start process of disqualification?

the Speaker of the National Assembly or lower house of Parliament will have 30 days to decide on such a move and the Election Commission a further 90 days

in next 90 It will be clear that  National assembly or election commission will support the PM who did not take action against corruption or they will remove him.

The three-month trial ended on Tuesday when defence and prosecution counsels concluded their arguments.
The short order from the Supreme  court was very lenient and also rather vague.
After this judgment
can we say executive is powerful than Judiciary?

The verdict by the SC is nothing but the victory of the executive and President and Prime Minister.

From this Pakistani citizens should learn that they need  reforms and bring the President under the Judiciary.

No one should be above the law and judiciary.
