Coal Scam Court ask why Ex.PM Manmohan Singh not examined

Manmohan Singh was the in charge of the coal ministry in addition to being the Prime Minister of India in 2005

Manmohan Singh was holding the coal portfolio when Birla's firm Hindalco Industries was allocated coal blocks in Orissa's Talabira II & III in 2005. P.C. Parakh was the secretary to the coal ministry.

Special CBI Judge Bharat Parashar asked the CBI following questions

“Don't you think examination of the then coal minister was necessary in the matter?
Don't you feel the need to examine him?
Don't you think his statement was necessary to present a clear picture?”

CBI told to court that statement of the then coal minister was not necessary.

CBI also told to court that they were not allowed to examine the then coal minister.

Just above questions expose that Indian legal system is faulty , CBI needs more powers , India needs Lokpal with powers  not a Jokepal servant of Indian Politicians

But Majority Corrupt will say No they prefer to stay with corrupt system

Be assured just like Bofors Case, and other cases which involve rich and politicians nothing is going to happen in this Coal Scam Case in next 100 years
